How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

- Subject: User Data Deletion Request
- Include: Full name, email used with the service, and (if available) Meta User ID / Business ID.
- App name: ITSPioneer (or the specific integration/app name you used)
What Happens Next
- We may request additional details to verify the requester’s identity.
- We will delete associated personal data from our systems where applicable.
- We will confirm completion via email once the request is fulfilled.
Retention Exceptions
In limited cases, certain data may be retained if required by law, regulatory obligations, or for security and fraud prevention purposes. Any retained data is protected and not used for unrelated purposes.
