• Using the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Sending spam or violating WhatsApp / Meta policies, including messaging rules and template requirements.
• Attempting to bypass security, access restrictions, rate limits, or reverse engineer protected components.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, or interfering with service operations.

3) Messaging & Compliance

• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your end users to send messages.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (Meta/WhatsApp) when using messaging features.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate policies or cause platform risk.

4) Intellectual Property

The service, branding, design, and content are owned by ITSPioneer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted in writing.

5) Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, and third-party platform dependencies may affect uptime.

6) Fees & Billing (If Applicable)

If you subscribe to paid plans, you agree to pay applicable fees as described on our Pricing page. WhatsApp fees may apply separately based on the platform’s billing model.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, platform rules, or applicable laws. You may stop using the service at any time.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITSPioneer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the services.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
